Mandatory Pre-Purchase Disclosure

Please read the below refund policy carefully before purchasing WhatSender. By purchasing the software, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated herein.

General Overview

Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. Our software provides digital tools that are instantly accessible upon license activation.

Technological Prerequisites

Before purchasing, it is the user's sole responsibility to ensure their hardware and software environment (Windows OS, .NET Framework, stable internet connection, and clean IP address) meet the requirements for WhatSender Pro. Failure to provide a compatible environment or personal technical inability to use the software is not grounds for a refund.

Conditions & Eligibility

Given the nature of the product i.e., a software that helps you send messages to your audience which works rights from the start of your license, no refunds shall be provided once the license key is activated or after payment.

Digital Performance Protocol: By activating the license key, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the software has been activated.


Core Criteria:

  1. Refunds are NOT available once a license key has been activated on a machine or after successful payment.
  2. International Purchase Exception: For all international transactions, no refunds shall be provided regardless of whether the license has been activated or not.
  3. Requests for review must be made immediately. If the license is activated, the sale is final.
  4. Technical issues must be reported within 24 hours. If our support team cannot resolve a confirmed software bug, a refund may be evaluated.
  5. "Wrong OS" (e.g., buying for Mac when our software is Windows-only) is not an eligibility criterion as requirements are clearly stated.
  6. Personal Technical Ability: Lack of technical skill or familiarity with Windows software operations on the user's part is not a valid reason for a refund if the software is functioning as intended.

Service Limitations

No refunds shall be given in case any of the client's WA number got blocked by their respective service provider or the target audience. This is because the situation varies from client-to-client and completely depends on the use case.

Marketing vs Spam: WhatSender Pro is meant only for marketing (sending newsletters, or offers to your subscribers), not for spamming.

Operation Continuity: We depend on the WA web server & API. In any case of discontinuity of our operations, we may not be able to provide updates & support to the software from that time onwards. Your existing apps will keep working as is (if WA does not make changes). Please note, no refunds will be provided in such a scenario.

However, WhatSender Pro will try to its level-best to adapt to future challenges up to possible extent in order to service its clients.

Platform-Issue Disclaimer

If the program no longer works due to the introduction of SECURITY MEASURES, or UPDATES/RESTYLING of the WhatsApp platform, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND.

We do not provide refunds for problems originated from WhatsApp or if your numbers are blocked/suspended by WhatsApp native systems.

Service Commitment: The WhatSender Pro team will build and provide consistent updates and release fixes over time to adapt to platform changes. We are dedicated to the hard work required to maintain service continuity and ensure a stable environment for our users.

Fraud Protection

WhatSender Pro maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards "Chargeback Fraud" or payment dispute abuse.

ANTI-FRAUD BLACKLIST

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback after license activation is considered a violation of this agreement. Such actions will result in: (1) Immediate license revocation, (2) Permanent blacklisting from all future WhatSender Pro products, and (3) Reporting of the transaction to global payment fraud databases.

Refund Procedure

To request for a refund, please write to us at sales@whatsenderpro.com with your transaction details and we will happily assist you further.

Required Details:

  • Proof of purchase (Receipt/Transaction ID).
  • The license key provided to you.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue or reason for the request.

All requests are processed after thorough verification by our sales department.
